Hamburg is the second largest city in Germany and is hence easily reachable via train, car and airplane.

Several national and international flights go to Hamburg airport (HAM).

For more international connections, you may also fly to Berlin (Airport Berlin Brandenburg BER) and take a train to Hamburg, which will only take 2 to 3 hours. See the train service website for more information.

There are also several international train connections – specially from the nordic countries.

The event will take place at the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg (HAW) in Hamburg Bergedorf. Bergedorf is well connected to the city center via a fast regional train that runs every 10 minutes, see the HVV webpage.

Accommodation in Bergedorf is available at a rate of less than 100 Euro per person per night in two large hotels.
