Organise a round table
To promote activities or technologies for example in an application field, you can organize a round table session during lunchtime at the conference venue. The topic should be with the scope of the conference. The round table organizer is responsible for the contents and moderator.
Round table package includes:
- Announcement of the round table in the conference program and full color advertisement in conference handbook
- Equipped room sized for the expected audience
- Logo on website, banners and other sponsorship acknowledgement material
Package starts at 1,000 EUR. The organizer can additionally include a lunch option for the round table attendees.
Become an award patron
There will be awards, such as best student paper award, given by the end of the conference. Award patron will finance such awards and the company logo will be printed on the award certificate. Contributions are welcome starting at 500 EUR.
